The Lady Owls will travel to Cleveland this afternoon as play in the District tournament begins. The Owls will battle the Cherokees of McMinn County at 4:30, the loser will be done for the season while the winner will get to play again at 7:30 in a second elimination game against the host Blue Raiders.

As Elaine Peigen watched her Lady Owls warm up on Tuesday Night at Ooltewah High School, she gets ready to start her 25th season as the Owls head coach. A coaching career filled with some historic runs, region titles and state tournament bids, Peigen is now watching some of her former players return to the
